Prospective authors are invited to submit articles of not more than five pages including figures and references in standard IEEE double columns conference format.
Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission through COCUS system at http://cocus.create-net.it/.
Conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE and will be available through IEEExplore (approval pending).
